Ordination Service

Saturday April 5 was a very special day for CECA as we witnessed the ordination of Pastor Kelvin Kam and Pastor Elim Hiu. St Paul’s Anglican Church, Castle Hill was kind enough to provide their beautiful church for our service.

Our keynote speaker, Reverend Wing-Wah Chu, gave wise words of counsel to the two candidates encouraging them to their calling in the name of our Lord Jesus. The theme from Joshua 1:1-9 was to take courage and be bold in following the Lord.

We were pleased to have on the ordination panel Reverend Chu, Reverend Peter Wongso,
Reverend Compeyson Lee, Reverend Janson Cheung and Reverend Ernest Lui.

The church choir, ably led by Angel Fung, provided an inspiring atmosphere of worship and a special awareness of God’s presence and blessing on the entire service.
